Rules of the «Win a trip to Borussia game!» contest
General Provisions
The name of the contest is Win a trip to Borussia game (further referred to as “the Contest”).
The Contest is organized by InstaFintech Group (further referred to as “the Organizer”)
Contest prize: a trip to Dortmund, Germany to attend the game Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munich (April 4, 2020).
Contest period: January 13 – February 28, 2020.
Participants
Partners of InstaForex who are over 18 years old and legally capable may take part in the Contest (further referred to as "the Participant").
In order to become the Participant it`s necessary to attract at least 20 active clients with total deposit of 20 000 USD/EUR with summary deposit trades of at least 5%, which is equal to 1000 InstaForex-lots (100 market lots), during the Contest period.
Any partner of InstaForex can take part in the Contest.
Winners Determination
Within the Contest four Winners will be determined.
The Winners will be determined by four random Borussia-numbers based on last digits of 9 currency rates on February 28 at 23:56, 23:57, 23:58, 23:59 (GMT+2). Borussia-numbers must match the numbers of agent commission ticket higher than 1 USD, EUR.
On February 28, 2020 the following currency pairs will be fixed:
The first Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the EUR/USD closing rate
The second Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the GBP/USD closing rate
The third Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the USD/JPY closing rate
The fourth Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the USDCHF closing rate
The fifth Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the USDCAD closing rate
The sixth Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the AUD/USD closing rate
The seventh Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the NZD/USD closing rate
The eighth Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the EUR/JPY closing rate
The ninth Borussia-number digit = the last digit of the EUR/CHF closing rate
In case several trading accounts of different partners satisfy the Contest conditions, the partner who has more referred clients at fixing the Borussia-number will be the Winner.
In case of Borussia-number matches the previous Winner, the next Participant becomes the Winner, whose ticket number is the closest to the Borussia-number.
Publication of Results
The residential data of the Participants may be published.
The Contest results are published within 7 days when all investigations are completed.
Within 7 days after the Contest results are published, the Winner and the Organizer discuss by the phone all the trip issues.
After the winning trading account is determined, the Organizer checks the information about the Winner and the legitimacy of his participation in the Contest according to the paragraphs 2.1. - 2.3. hereof. If some data is false, or the Winner did not have the right to participate in the Contest, the Contest results are announced invalid.
In case the prize obtaining procedure is violated by the Winner (absence of ID, expiration of ID validity, etc.) the Organizer reserves the right not to award the winner.
The Organizer reserves the right not to award the Winner in case of artificial cheating or other manipulations.
The Participant agrees that he takes care of all visa issues, however, the Organizer covers all expenses for paying for flights tickets and hotel accomodation for obtaining a visa.
If the Winner refuses the trip, then funds previously credited to him for the trip are charges from his account, and his place goes to another Winner, which the Organizer determines.
Final Provisions
The Organizer takes protective measures of data related to the Contest against the unauthorized access and is not obliged to provide any information to the third party.
The fact of registration for the Contest in case of victory means that the Participant agrees to use of his name for advertising purposes. All copyrights of advertising materials are reserved by the Organizer.
All disputes and disagreements which may appear over the Contest and its results are solved through negotiations.
Registration for the Contest means acquaintance and agreement with its rules and conditions.
If the Winner refuses to follow the rules, his participation is subject to cancellation.
